is legal and operational
Who is eligible for Udyam?
Micro enterprises – To qualify as a micro-enterprise for MSME registration, your business
needs to have an investment amount of less than Rs. 1 crore and an annual turnover of
less than Rs. 5 crores.

Only Adhaar Number will be enough for registration. PAN & GST linked details on investment and
turnover of enterprises will be taken automatically from Government data bases.
